Mr Zeeshan Akram Qureshi, CEO of ZEM Builders, founded the company in 2016 to present vertical real estate developments from a very new perspective, unprecedented in Pakistan.

The Origins Of ZEM Builders

Mr. Zeeshan A. Qureshi started his real estate dreams by the name of Zeeshan Estate Management in 2005.

During this period, Zeeshan Estate Management had worked with Bahria Town Pvt. Ltd. as its authorized real estate agency.

The company marketed and sold more than 30 residential and commercial projects in Islamabad, Rawalpindi & Karachi.

Real Estate Transformation

After a stint of 10 years in real estate, the company also entered the world of vertical real estate development. It was introduced by the name of ZEM Builders, which transformed into corporate culture.

Today ZEM Builders has multiple branches in the cities of Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore & Karachi.
